Quick take

  • Open a LinkedIn profile and the Chrome extension shows the person's work email and phone number.
  • Free gives 40 credits a month. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5, so phone-heavy users run out fast.
  • Paid plans start around $37 a month billed yearly and rise with the credits you pick. Monthly billing costs about a third more.
  • It overlaps Apollo, which has a bigger free plan and full email sequences. Lusha's edge is quick phone numbers.

What is Lusha?

Lusha finds contact details for business people. Install the Chrome extension, open someone's LinkedIn profile or a company website, and Lusha shows their work email and phone number. You can also search its database by job title, industry, company size and location to build a list, then send it to your CRM or a spreadsheet.

It runs on credits: an email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5. Paid plans add lookalikes ("find me more companies like this one"), bulk enrichment of your existing contacts, buying intent signals, an AI assistant that recommends leads, simple email sequences and an API. There's an MCP server too, so AI tools like Claude can look up contacts.

The catch: it overlaps Apollo, which gives you more for the money, including a bigger free plan and full email sequences. Pick Lusha if you mainly want quick, accurate phone numbers from LinkedIn. Data accuracy gets mixed reviews, with out-of-date contacts after job changes, and phone numbers burn credits fast. Its Trustpilot score is very low, mostly from people unhappy their details are in the database, and Italy's privacy regulator opened an investigation in 2025.
