B2B contact database with emails and phone numbers, plus sequences to reach them.

ZoomInfo
Huge B2B contact database with an AI Copilot that tells your sales reps who to call next.
Quick take
- Deep B2B data: direct emails, mobile numbers, org charts, tech stacks and buying signals for millions of companies.
- No public prices. Every plan is a yearly contract, and buyers report paying from about $15,000 a year, often much more.
- Copilot ranks accounts by who's ready to buy and writes summaries and emails for reps.
- Native Claude connector and MCP server for subscribers. Searching is free there, enriching records uses credits.
- Too expensive for most small businesses. Apollo and Lusha cover the basics for a fraction of the price.
What is ZoomInfo?
ZoomInfo is one of the biggest databases of B2B companies and the people who work there. You search by industry, size, location, job title or the software a company uses, then see direct emails, mobile numbers, org charts and news. It also tracks buying signals, such as companies researching your topic online, visiting your website, hiring for certain roles or changing leaders.
ZoomInfo Copilot is the AI layer on top. It ranks your accounts by who looks ready to buy, writes account summaries and talking points and drafts emails. ZoomInfo also has an MCP server (a connector that lets AI apps use it) and a native connector in Claude's directory, so subscribers can search companies and contacts from inside Claude. Search and lookups are free to run there, while enriching records uses your credits.
The catch is price. There's no public pricing, every plan is a yearly contract, and buyers report paying from about $15,000 a year, with most teams spending far more once seats, credits and add-ons are counted. Renewals and contract terms are a common complaint. It's built for funded sales teams. A small business is better served by Apollo or Lusha.

Which plan should you pick?
Ask for a trial first and check the data covers your market, especially outside the US. Copilot Advanced is where the AI and buying signals come in, which is most of the reason to pay ZoomInfo prices. Negotiate the renewal terms before you sign, and if your budget is under five figures, look at Apollo instead.
