A free CRM with AI agents that handle leads, support and content for you.

Pipedrive
Simple sales CRM that shows every deal as a card on a board, with an AI sales assistant.
Quick take
- A CRM built around a drag-and-drop pipeline, so you can see every deal and its next step on one screen.
- Plans run $14, $39, $59 and $79 per seat a month billed yearly, or $24 to $99 billed monthly. There's no free plan, only a 14-day trial.
- The AI Sales Assistant suggests next steps, warns about stalled deals and writes and summarises emails.
- Lite is too basic for most teams. Email sync and automations start on Growth, and lead capture comes in on Premium.
- Official Claude connector, so you can ask Claude to update deals or pull a pipeline summary.
What is Pipedrive?
Pipedrive is a CRM (customer relationship manager, the app that keeps track of your leads, customers and deals) built around one screen: your sales pipeline. Each deal is a card that you drag from stage to stage, like "Contacted", "Quote sent" and "Won". It reminds you who to follow up and when, syncs with your email and calendar, and shows you which deals are stuck.
The AI Sales Assistant looks over your deals and suggests the next step, flags deals that have gone quiet, writes sales emails and summarises long email threads. Higher plans add web forms and a chatbot to catch leads, lead scoring, contracts with e-signatures and data enrichment, which fills in missing company and contact details for you. Pipedrive also has an official connector in Claude's directory, so Claude can look up, create and update your deals, contacts and leads.
The catch: there's no free plan, the cheapest plan is very basic, and email sync and automations start on Growth. Lead capture, campaigns and web visitor tracking are add-ons on lower plans, so the real cost climbs as you add them. Pick Pipedrive over HubSpot if you want a CRM that's mostly about deals and is easy for a small team to keep up to date.
