Simple sales CRM that shows every deal as a card on a board, with an AI sales assistant.

Close
Sales CRM with calling, texting and email built in, plus an AI agent that calls leads.
Quick take
- A CRM with calling, texting and email built in, so every conversation with a lead is logged without extra tools.
- Chloe, the AI agent, calls and qualifies leads and books meetings. She launched for US and Canadian numbers, in English.
- Solo is $9 and Essentials $35 per user a month billed yearly. Automations and the power dialer start on Growth at $99.
- Calls and texts are charged on top, about $0.02 a minute for most outbound calls. The trial includes $5 of credit to test.
What is Close?
Close is a CRM (the system where you track leads and deals) built for teams that sell by phone and email. You can call, text and email leads from inside Close, and every call, recording and message is logged automatically. Higher plans add a power dialer that rings through a list for you and email and text sequences that follow up on their own.
Its AI agent, Chloe, came out of beta in June 2026. Chloe can call new leads, run the qualifying questions, book meetings and log everything in the CRM. She always tells people she's an AI and that the call is recorded. Chloe also writes call summaries and suggests next steps. Close has its own MCP connector, so you can ask Claude to look up or update leads in Close. Pick it over Pipedrive if your team spends the day on the phone, and over HubSpot if you want something simpler and cheaper.
The catch: calls and texts cost extra, usually about $0.02 a minute for outbound calls plus about $1 a month per phone number. The cheap Solo plan is one user only and has no automations. Chloe launched for US and Canadian numbers in English only, and automated follow-ups and Chloe in workflows need Growth ($99 per user a month billed yearly) or higher.

Take the 14-day trial, which needs no card. Solo is a bargain if you sell alone and follow up by hand. Growth is where Close earns its price, because that's where automated follow-ups, the power dialer and Chloe in workflows start. Budget a little extra each month for call minutes.
