Todoist is a task list that has quietly stayed excellent for over a decade. Type 'send invoice every Friday at 9am' and it sets the task, the repeat and the reminder. It runs on every phone, computer and browser you own.
It handles projects, labels, filters and shared lists without ever feeling heavy. Todoist's official Claude connection lets Claude add, complete and organise tasks for you, which makes it a good place for Claude Code to drop follow-ups while you work.
