Automatically blocks time on your calendar for tasks, habits and focus work.

Calendly
Share a link and let people book a meeting with you, with AI notes and email scheduling.
Quick take
- Share one link and people book themselves into your calendar, with reminders and video links handled for you.
- Free covers one event type. Standard is $10 a seat a month billed yearly ($12 monthly), and Teams is $16 ($20).
- The Plus plans add Notetaker for AI meeting recaps and Callie, an assistant that books meetings over email. Standard Plus is $18 a seat billed yearly.
- Round-robin bookings, lead routing and Salesforce need the Teams plan.
- An official Claude connector lets Claude check your availability and share your booking links.
What is Calendly?
Calendly ends the back-and-forth of finding a meeting time. You connect your calendar, set when you're free, and share a booking link. People pick a time that suits them, it lands in both calendars with a video link, and Calendly sends reminders and follow-ups. You can take payment through Stripe or PayPal at booking, ask questions on the booking form, and embed the booking page on your website.
The newer AI features are sold as "Plus" versions of the paid plans. Notetaker joins your Zoom, Google Meet or Teams calls, records them and writes a recap with action items and a draft follow-up email. Callie is an AI assistant you copy into an email thread (callie@calendly.com) that suggests times, handles the replies and books the meeting. Callie is still in beta, and both only work in English for now.
The catch: the free plan only allows one event type and one calendar, so most people pay for Standard. Team features like round-robin (spreading bookings across your team) and lead routing need Teams. There's an official Calendly connector for Claude, so Claude can check your availability and share booking links.
