What is it?

Reclaim connects to your Google or Outlook calendar and finds time for the things that never get scheduled: deep work, lunch, exercise, the report you keep putting off. It moves those blocks around as meetings land, so they survive a busy week.

Tell it a task takes two hours and is due Friday, and it will find the slots. It also protects habits (gym three mornings a week), syncs personal and work calendars so they do not double-book, and offers smart booking links for meetings. Reclaim is now part of Dropbox.

It only works if you keep your tasks in it or a connected tool like Todoist or Asana. If you want a full project manager and calendar in one, Motion is the paid alternative.
