An AI assistant that handles your email, meeting notes and follow-ups from Slack.

Tasklet
Describe a recurring task in your own words and an AI agent runs it for you, 24/7.
Quick take
- Set up an agent by chatting: describe the task and the schedule, and it connects the apps and runs it for you.
- Connects to thousands of apps, MCP servers and APIs, and uses a web browser for sites that can't connect any other way.
- Free to try with limited credits. Starter is $25 a month for 10,000 credits, and you can add unlimited team members at no extra cost.
- Credits are spent per step, and the agent decides the steps, so costs are harder to predict than Zapier's per-task pricing.
- Small and new, so expect some rough edges compared with Zapier or Make.
What is Tasklet?
Tasklet lets you set up an AI agent by chatting with it. You explain the job the way you'd brief an assistant, like "every weekday at 7am, check my inbox for new leads, look up their company and add them to HubSpot", and it connects to the apps it needs and runs the task on that schedule or whenever something happens, like a new email or a new Zendesk ticket.
It connects to thousands of apps, any MCP server (a connector built for AI) or any API, and when a site has no way to connect, the agent can use its own web browser to log in and click through it. You can also ask it to build small apps, like a dashboard or an approval tracker, that run on your real data. You choose the AI model for each task, including Claude, GPT and Gemini, and can set it to ask for your approval before it acts.
The catch: it's a small, newer company, and you pay with credits that the agent spends on each step. Tasklet decides how many steps a job takes, so a big task can use more credits than you expect. Team members are free, which makes it good value for a small team sharing one credit pool.

- 2
Weekly sales report
Every Monday, pull last week's numbers from Stripe and Shopify into a short summary and post it in Slack.
- 3
Supplier portal check
Log in to a supplier's website that has no API, download the latest invoice and file it in Google Drive.
- 4
Support ticket triage
When a new ticket arrives, tag it, draft a reply and flag anything urgent for a person to approve.
How it fits your tech stack
Tasklet sits on top of the apps you already use, like Gmail, Slack, HubSpot and Stripe, and handles jobs that are hard to map out step by step. Keep Zapier or Make for simple, high-volume automations where you want a fixed price per run.
