Publer is a social media scheduler for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, X, Google Business Profile and more. You write a post once, tweak it for each network, and schedule it on a calendar, or upload a spreadsheet to schedule hundreds of posts at once. It can post a first comment, recycle evergreen posts and auto-post from RSS feeds.

It overlaps closely with Buffer. Publer is usually cheaper, it's priced per social account, and Business includes extras Buffer charges more for: unlimited AI prompts, best times to post, competitor analysis, hashtag suggestions and access to Publer's API and MCP, so Claude can schedule posts for you. Buffer is a little simpler to learn and has a better-known brand.

The catch: the free plan only stores published posts for 24 hours, can't connect X and allows 10 scheduled posts per account. Analytics and unlimited AI need Business, and extra team members cost extra.
