Email newsletters, automations and sign-up forms for small businesses, with AI help.

Brevo
Email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing in one place, priced by emails sent, not contacts.
Quick take
- Email, SMS, WhatsApp and transactional emails in one tool, priced by emails sent rather than contacts stored.
- Free sends up to 300 emails a day, with a free CRM, but Brevo's logo goes on every email.
- Starter (about $9 a month for 5,000 emails) adds AI writing and the MCP connector. Standard (about $18) adds automations and A/B testing.
- WhatsApp, multiple users and the bigger AI features sit on Professional, which starts around $499 a month.
What is Brevo?
Brevo (called Sendinblue until 2023) does email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing from one account, plus transactional emails like order confirmations and password resets. It also has a free CRM (a simple customer and sales tracker), live chat and meeting booking. More than 600,000 businesses use it.
The big difference from Mailchimp is how you pay: Brevo prices by how many emails you send, not how many contacts you store. That makes it cheap if you have a big list you email now and then. Starter adds an AI content generator for subject lines and email copy, and an MCP connector so you can manage campaigns and contacts from Claude or ChatGPT. Standard adds automations, A/B testing and AI send-time optimisation.
The catch: the free plan's 300 emails a day suits small lists only, and Starter emails still carry Brevo's logo unless you pay extra or move to Standard. WhatsApp, multiple users and the bigger Aura AI features, like AI segments and an AI data analyst, are on Professional, which starts around $499 a month. SMS credits are sold separately.

Brevo pricing
Which plan should you pick?
Try Free first. Most small businesses should go straight to Standard, because it removes Brevo's logo and adds automations. Pick your email volume carefully, since that's what you pay for. Yearly billing saves 10%, and prices vary by country.
Prices in USD unless noted, checked 3 November 2026. Vendors change plans often, so confirm on their site before you buy.
