CRM that fills itself in from your email and calendar, with AI agents that research leads.

Lightfield
A CRM that fills itself in from your emails, calls and meetings, and drafts follow-ups.
Quick take
- A CRM that builds and updates its own records from your email, calendar, meetings, Slack and LinkedIn, so nobody has to type deals in.
- Ask it questions about any customer or deal, and have it draft follow-ups and run outreach for you to approve.
- Starter is $89 per user a month for up to 3 users. Pro is $999/mo and Growth $1,999/mo per workspace, billed yearly.
- It's small and new: launched November 2025, so expect missing features and changes. Check it does what you need in the 14-day trial.
What is Lightfield?
Lightfield is a CRM (the system where you keep track of customers and deals) that fills itself in. You connect your email, calendar, Slack and LinkedIn, and it records every conversation, works out who each person is and which deal they belong to, and keeps the records up to date without you typing anything. It also records and transcribes your meetings.
Then you ask it questions like "what did Compass say about pricing on our last call?" or "which deals have gone quiet?" and it answers from the real conversations. It drafts follow-up emails after meetings for you to approve, runs email and LinkedIn sequences, and lets you describe automations in your own words. It aims to replace your CRM, call recorder, outreach tool and data enrichment tool in one. You can read and write its records from Claude through its API, MCP or CLI.
The catch: it's small and new. It launched in November 2025 from the team behind Tome, and raised a $47 million Series A led by a16z in September 2026. The cheapest plan is $89 per user and caps you at 3 users, and team plans start at $999 a month billed yearly. It's built for startups moving from the founder doing all the selling to a small sales team, so a local trade business is better off with Pipedrive or Close.

Best use cases
Ways Lightfield can slot into your week.
- 1
Never update the CRM again
Connect your inbox and calendar, and every deal, contact and conversation shows up on its own.
- 2
Morning prep email
Get a summary before each meeting of who you're seeing, what was said last time and what you promised.
- 3
Follow up after every call
Approve the follow-up email it drafts from the meeting transcript, instead of writing it from memory.
- 4
Find stalled deals
Ask which deals haven't had a reply from someone with budget in two weeks, and what to do next.
How it fits your tech stack
Lightfield wants to be your whole sales stack: the CRM, call recorder, outreach tool and enrichment in one bill. While you switch, it can sync both ways with Salesforce or HubSpot. Attio is the closest rival and is cheaper to start, while Pipedrive and Close suit simpler, phone-heavy sales.
