Claude Code is Claude with hands. Instead of copying code back and forth from a chat window, it sits in your project folder, reads your files, makes changes, runs commands and fixes what breaks.
You describe what you want in plain English ("add a contact form that emails me") and it does the work. MCPs and Skills, the other two directories on this site, plug into it to give it access to your other tools.
It runs in the terminal, which looks intimidating for about ten minutes and then stops mattering. There is no free tier, so budget for a Claude Pro plan at minimum.
