Bardeen lives in your Chrome browser. It can read what is on the page, pull it into a spreadsheet or CRM, and run actions across tabs, which is something server-based tools like Zapier cannot do.
The classic use is sales prospecting: open a list of profiles or search results, click once, and Bardeen extracts names, roles and company details into Google Sheets or HubSpot. There is a large library of ready-made playbooks, and you can describe a new one in plain English.
It only works while your browser is open, and websites change their layouts often, so scrapers can break without warning. Treat it as a tool for hands-on tasks rather than one that runs quietly in the background.
