Which plan to pickUse the free trial credits first. If Brain earns its place, the $9 Brain AI add-on is the cheapest real step, but ClickUp may show you its new bundled plans instead, so screenshot your quote. Upgrades apply to the whole workspace, which gets expensive fast for large teams.Use Free until you catch yourself wishing the AI was there. Then Pro. Plus and Max only make sense if Raycast becomes your main way of talking to AI, and most people already pay for Claude or ChatGPT separately.Beginner is fine until you hit the five-project wall. Pro on the yearly plan is the obvious move after that. Business is for teams who want a shared space; it is not a substitute for a real project tool.
