Which plan to pickUse the free trial credits first. If Brain earns its place, the $9 Brain AI add-on is the cheapest real step, but ClickUp may show you its new bundled plans instead, so screenshot your quote. Upgrades apply to the whole workspace, which gets expensive fast for large teams.Solo users can stay on Free for a long time. For a team the honest answer is Business, because Plus leaves out the AI that makes Notion interesting now. Note that yearly billing is what gets you the $10 and $20 prices, and monthly billing costs more.Use Free until you catch yourself wishing the AI was there. Then Pro. Plus and Max only make sense if Raycast becomes your main way of talking to AI, and most people already pay for Claude or ChatGPT separately.
