Its built-in Copilot summarises hundreds of recordings into plain-English findings, so you don't have to watch them yourself. For an online store it's the fastest way to find out why a product page or checkout step is leaking customers.

It's a little rougher than Hotjar and there's a privacy trade-off in letting Microsoft see your traffic. For most small businesses, free and unlimited wins.
