Claude Design is Anthropic's tool for turning a conversation into something you can show people: a slide deck, a landing page prototype, a one-pager or a set of marketing visuals. You brief it like you would a designer and refine the result by talking.
What sets it apart is brand awareness. Point it at your codebase or design files and it picks up your fonts, colours and components so the output looks like yours rather than a template. Decks export to PowerPoint, PDF, a shareable link or straight into Canva, and because it shares a brain with Claude Code, the prototype it mocks up can become the thing you build.
It is still a research preview, so expect rough edges, and you need a paid Claude plan. For a quick deck with no brand to match, Gamma is faster.
