Figma's AI builder that turns a prompt or your Figma design into a working app or site.

Google Stitch
Describe an app or website and get editable screen designs you can send to Figma or code.
Quick take
- Free from Google Labs. Describe an app or site, or upload a sketch or screenshot, and it designs several connected screens.
- Exports to Figma, HTML and CSS code, Google AI Studio and Antigravity, so the design doesn't stay stuck in Stitch.
- Has an official MCP server and Claude Code skills, so Claude can read your designs and build them for real.
- It makes designs, not a finished app. You still need a builder like Lovable or Claude Code to add logins and data.
- There's a monthly cap on generations and it's an experiment, so limits and features can change without much notice.
What is Google Stitch?
Stitch is a free Google Labs tool that designs app and website screens for you. Type what you're making, like "a booking app for a dog groomer", or upload a sketch, a screenshot or a site you like, and it lays out several connected screens on a big canvas. You can talk to it, type changes, or click through the screens as a prototype, and it suggests the next screen as you go.
When a design looks right, you can paste it into Figma as editable layers, copy the HTML and CSS code, or send it to Google AI Studio or Antigravity to turn it into a working app. It also has an MCP server (a connector that lets Claude use another app), so Claude Code can pull your Stitch designs and build them. Google publishes official Stitch skills for Claude Code on GitHub.
The catch: it designs screens, it doesn't build a working app with logins and a database on its own. The Figma export lands as fairly flat frames, and Google has changed the monthly generation limits before. Like any Google Labs experiment, it could change a lot or close.
