GitHub MCP
Coding & Deployment
Lets Claude open pull requests, read issues and check builds in your GitHub repos.

Lets Claude search AI models, datasets and papers, and run free AI apps on Spaces.
Hugging Face is the main home for open-source AI models and the little apps people build with them (called Spaces). Its official connector lets Claude search all of it, like "find a small model that can transcribe Spanish audio", and even run some Spaces for you, such as an image generator.
It's in Claude's connector directory, so on the web or desktop you add it under Settings > Connectors. In Claude Code, run the command below, start claude and follow the sign-in steps. You pick which extra Spaces to add at huggingface.co/settings/mcp.
It's mostly for builders choosing models, but the Spaces part is handy for anyone who wants to try a free AI tool without signing up for another app.
Open your terminal (the text window where you run Claude Code) in your project folder, then paste this command to connect it:
claude mcp add hf-mcp-server -t http https://huggingface.co/mcp?loginThe first time you use it, you'll be asked to sign in or paste an API key (a private code from the app that lets Claude use your account).
Builders choosing open-source AI models, and curious users who want to try free AI apps.
Why it made the list
It's Hugging Face's own server and the quickest way to search the biggest library of open AI models.
