Jira and Confluence are where many larger teams keep their tickets and documentation. Atlassian's hosted connector lets Claude read and write both, so it can turn a bug report into a ticket, or answer a question from the company wiki.
It works with Atlassian Cloud only, not the self-hosted Server or Data Center editions. Calls use your organisation's Rovo credits, so check your plan's allowance if you lean on it heavily.

Install in Claude Code
