Which plan to pickIf you only whiteboard and dip into AI now and then, Starter is fine. If you want Sidekicks, Flows and prototypes, you need Business, and agencies benefit from its free client guests. Credits reset monthly and don't roll over, so buy a bundle before a big workshop week rather than mid-session.Solo users can stay on Free for a long time. For a team the honest answer is Business, because Plus leaves out the AI that makes Notion interesting now. Note that yearly billing is what gets you the $10 and $20 prices, and monthly billing costs more.Beginner is fine until you hit the five-project wall. Pro on the yearly plan is the obvious move after that. Business is for teams who want a shared space; it is not a substitute for a real project tool.
