Which plan to pickPro on the yearly plan is the only one that makes sense for an individual; the monthly price is steep. Free is really a taster for the meeting notes, not the inbox. Team is only worth it when several people handle the same clients. If you only whiteboard and dip into AI now and then, Starter is fine. If you want Sidekicks, Flows and prototypes, you need Business, and agencies benefit from its free client guests. Credits reset monthly and don't roll over, so buy a bundle before a big workshop week rather than mid-session.Beginner is fine until you hit the five-project wall. Pro on the yearly plan is the obvious move after that. Business is for teams who want a shared space; it is not a substitute for a real project tool.
