| Which plan to pick | If you already pay for Claude, you have it. Try it on Free first, and move to Pro once you're making more than the odd document, because decks use up a Free allowance fast. Team makes sense when colleagues need to open and comment on the same documents. | Business Standard is the plan to be on. Starter is cheap but leaves out Gemini in Docs, Sheets and Slides, which is the whole point. Only move to Plus if you need Vault or the extra storage, not for the AI. | Standard is the minimum for anyone using it for work, because the free plan makes your presentations public. Go to Plus only if you present offline or want unlimited AI. Premium and Teams are hard to justify against Pitch or Gamma unless you need Prezi's analytics specifically. |
