Which plan to pickIf you edit and sign PDFs as well as read them, Acrobat Studio is the best deal because it costs only $5 a month more than Pro and includes the AI. If you only want to ask questions of PDFs, Express is cheaper. Use the free trial first, because cancelling a yearly plan early costs money.Business Standard is the plan to be on. Starter is cheap but leaves out Gemini in Docs, Sheets and Slides, which is the whole point. Only move to Plus if you need Vault or the extra storage, not for the AI.Standard covers most individuals; watch the usage dashboard on your first big job. Move to Business when several people need it or you want to run it on your own AI account.
