Ideogram is an image generator known for one thing most others get wrong: text. Ask for a poster that says 'Sale ends Sunday' and the words come out spelled correctly and placed sensibly.
That makes it practical for ad creatives, event posters, t-shirt designs, quote graphics and logo ideas. It also offers a Magic Prompt that expands a short description, and a canvas for editing and extending images.
Images made on the free plan are public, so upgrade before using it for anything confidential.
Who it's for
Marketers and small business owners who need graphics with words on them, fast.
Best for
- Posters and ad creatives
- Quote and announcement graphics
- Logo concepts
- Merch and t-shirt designs
Why it made the list
It is the most reliable generator for legible text, which is the thing most marketing images need.
