PR Review Toolkit
Coding Workflows
Six specialist reviewers for comments, tests, error handling, types and tidier code.

Several review agents check a pull request and only report problems they're sure about.
A pull request is a proposed set of changes waiting to be merged into your project. This plugin sends several review agents over one at the same time. Some check the changes against your CLAUDE.md rules, one hunts for bugs, and one reads the history of the files for context.
Each problem gets a confidence score out of 100, and anything under 80 is thrown away. That means you see a short list of real issues, each linked to the exact lines, instead of a page of nitpicks. It skips drafts, closed pull requests and ones it has already reviewed.
Claude Code has since added a built-in /code-review with effort levels and a --fix option. This plugin is the older, pull-request-focused version, and it's still one of the most installed plugins in Anthropic's directory.
In Claude Code run /plugin install code-review@claude-plugins-official. Claude Code now has its own built-in /code-review, so call this one by its full name, /code-review:code-review. Add --comment to post the review on the pull request.
/code-review:code-review --commentAnyone using Claude Code with GitHub who wants a careful second look before changes go live.
Why it made the list
It's one of Anthropic's most installed plugins, and the confidence filter keeps the review short enough to actually read.
