CLAUDE.md is the file Claude Code reads at the start of every session to learn how your project works: what it is, how to run it and which rules to follow. It goes stale quickly, and a stale one sends Claude in the wrong direction.
This plugin gives you two tools. A skill audits your CLAUDE.md files against the current code, scores them and suggests updates. The /revise-claude-md command looks back over the session you just had and adds anything Claude had to learn the hard way, so it doesn't need telling again.
Install in Claude Code
In Claude Code run /plugin install claude-md-management@claude-plugins-official. Ask "audit my CLAUDE.md files" for a check-up, or run /revise-claude-md at the end of a session.
