Obsidian MCP
Productivity & Comms
Lets Claude search, read and edit the notes in your Obsidian vault.

Lets Claude search everything you've saved and highlighted in Readwise and Reader.
Readwise collects your highlights from Kindle, articles, PDFs and podcasts, and Reader is its read-later app. This official connector gives Claude your whole library, so you can ask "what have I saved about pricing psychology?" and get answers from things you've actually read.
It's in Claude's connector directory, so on the web or desktop you add it under Settings > Connectors. In Claude Code, run the command below, type /mcp, choose readwise and sign in.
It's handy for writing: ask Claude to draft a newsletter from your highlights on a topic and it quotes your own sources.
Open your terminal (the text window where you run Claude Code) in your project folder, then paste this command to connect it:
claude mcp add --transport http readwise https://mcp2.readwise.io/mcpThe first time you use it, you'll be asked to sign in or paste an API key (a private code from the app that lets Claude use your account).
Readers, writers and researchers who already save their highlights in Readwise.
