Which plan to pickPro on the yearly plan is the only one that makes sense for an individual; the monthly price is steep. Free is really a taster for the meeting notes, not the inbox. Team is only worth it when several people handle the same clients.Start on Basic and see how it fits your week. If you find yourself wanting a call from six weeks ago, that's your signal to move to Business. Enterprise is only for IT-managed rollouts.Use Free until you catch yourself wishing the AI was there. Then Pro. Plus and Max only make sense if Raycast becomes your main way of talking to AI, and most people already pay for Claude or ChatGPT separately.

Pros and cons

AttributeFyxerGranolaRaycast
Pros
  • Zero learning curve; drafts just appear in your normal inbox
  • Drafts match your tone well after a week or two
  • Sorting alone makes a noisy inbox manageable
  • Meeting notes and follow-up emails in the same tool
  • No bot in the call keeps clients and candidates relaxed
  • Notes read like something you wrote, not a wall of transcript
  • Quick to set up and almost nothing to learn
  • Cross-meeting chat is genuinely useful for follow-ups
  • Phone apps cover in-person meetings
  • The free plan is excellent and most people never need more
  • Instant and rock solid; it never seems to lag
  • Huge extension library covering most business apps
  • AI from any app with one shortcut
  • Now on Windows as well as Mac
Cons
  • Expensive, and monthly billing is much dearer than yearly
  • Mis-sorts important emails occasionally
  • The free plan leaves out the inbox features people want it for
  • Credit limits on meetings and chat are hard to predict
  • Full access to your inbox is a lot of trust to hand a young company
  • No video recording or shareable clips
  • The free plan locks notes older than 30 days
  • No annual discount shown, so $14 a user adds up for a team
  • Needs the desktop app running; it won't record from a phone call on your laptop if the app is closed
  • Power-user tool; the benefit depends on learning shortcuts
  • AI credits run out fast on Pro if you use it heavily
  • Paying for Raycast AI on top of Claude or ChatGPT feels like double paying
  • Windows version is newer and has fewer extensions
