Which plan to pickIf you already pay for Claude, you have it. Try it on Free first, and move to Pro once you're making more than the odd document, because decks use up a Free allowance fast. Team makes sense when colleagues need to open and comment on the same documents.Use the free credits to make two or three decks and judge the output. If you'll keep using it, Plus is the sensible step because it removes the badge and refreshes credits monthly. Only move to Pro if you want the API, custom domains or viewer analytics.Standard is the minimum for anyone using it for work, because the free plan makes your presentations public. Go to Plus only if you present offline or want unlimited AI. Premium and Teams are hard to justify against Pitch or Gamma unless you need Prezi's analytics specifically.

Cons

  • Credits drain quickly if you regenerate images often
  • Exports to PowerPoint don't always keep the layout intact
