Muse
Productivity & Notes
Meta's personal agent that handles everyday chores like bookings, forms and shopping.

Meta's free assistant, built into WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Ray-Ban Meta glasses.
Quick take
Meta AI is the assistant from Meta, the company behind Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. It answers questions, searches the web, makes and edits images, turns pictures into short videos and talks with you by voice. You can use it in its own app, at meta.ai, inside the chat apps you already have, and through Ray-Ban and Oakley Meta glasses. Since April 2026 it runs on Muse Spark, the first model from Meta's new superintelligence lab, which replaced the older Llama models.
Its strength is that it's already where people are. If your team or customers live in WhatsApp, Meta AI is one tap away, and on the glasses you can ask about what you're looking at. It's free for everyday use. Muse, the separate errand-running agent already in this library, is a different product: Muse goes off and books, buys and fills in forms for you, while Meta AI is the everyday chat assistant. For serious writing, analysis or long documents, Claude or ChatGPT are still the better tools.
The catch is data. Since December 2025 Meta uses what you say to Meta AI to personalise the ads and posts you see on its apps (outside the EU, UK and South Korea), and there's no switch to turn that off. Keep client details and anything commercial out of it.
