Superhuman Mail MCP

Superhuman is a fast email app that sits on top of Gmail or Outlook. Its connector lets Claude work your inbox: "what needs a reply today?", "draft a reply to the landlord saying yes to Tuesday", or "who hasn't opened my proposal yet?"

It's in Claude's connector directory, so on the web or desktop you add it under Settings > Connectors. In Claude Code, run the command below and sign in through your browser. Superhuman still calls it a beta.

You need a Superhuman Mail account on the Business plan or above, with Ask AI switched on. The cheaper plans don't include it. If you're on plain Gmail, the Gmail connector does the basics for free.

Open your terminal (the text window where you run Claude Code) in your project folder, then paste this command to connect it:

The first time you use it, you'll be asked to sign in or paste an API key (a private code from the app that lets Claude use your account).
