Productivity & Comms
Lets Claude see your Mac screen, take screenshots and click and type in apps.

Mac app that lets Claude use your Messages, Contacts, Calendar, Reminders and Notes.
iMCP is a small Mac menu-bar app that opens up Apple's built-in apps to Claude. Ask "what time did Mum say dinner was?", "add a reminder to call the accountant on Friday" or "find the note with the Wi-Fi password" and Claude checks your actual Messages, Reminders and Notes.
You choose which services to share by clicking their icons in the app, and macOS asks permission for each one. It doesn't collect your data itself, but whatever Claude reads is sent to Claude like anything else you share.
It reads Messages but doesn't send them. If you want Claude Code to read and send iMessages, Claude Code's own iMessage plugin does that.
Open your terminal (the text window where you run Claude Code) in your project folder, then paste this command to connect it:
claude mcp add --scope user iMCP -- /Applications/iMCP.app/Contents/MacOS/imcp-serverOther ways to set it up:
# Install the app first, then open it and click each service you want to share:
brew install --cask mattt/tap/iMCP
# Or download it from https://imcp.app/downloadMac users who want Claude to help with their personal admin.
