Fathom MCP

Fathom records and summarises your Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls. Its official connector hands those summaries and transcripts to Claude, so you can ask "what did Sarah say about budget?" or "write a proposal from yesterday's discovery call" without copying anything across.

On the web or desktop, add it from Claude's connector directory under Settings > Connectors. On a Claude team plan, an owner has to switch it on before members see it. In Claude Code, run the command below. It uses a small helper (mcp-remote) that needs Node.js installed.

Everything is read-only, so Claude can look but can't change or delete recordings.

Open your terminal (the text window where you run Claude Code) in your project folder, then paste this command to connect it:

claude mcp add fathom -- npx mcp-remote@latest https://api.fathom.ai/mcp

The first time you use it, you'll be asked to sign in or paste an API key (a private code from the app that lets Claude use your account).
