Which plan to pickPro on the yearly plan is the only one that makes sense for an individual; the monthly price is steep. Free is really a taster for the meeting notes, not the inbox. Team is only worth it when several people handle the same clients.Solo users can stay on Free for a long time. For a team the honest answer is Business, because Plus leaves out the AI that makes Notion interesting now. Note that yearly billing is what gets you the $10 and $20 prices, and monthly billing costs more.Lite is too limited to judge it fairly because a one-week window barely shows the benefit. Try Starter for a month. Business is only worth it when a team wants to see each other's out-of-office time and schedule across calendars.

Pros and cons

AttributeFyxerNotionReclaim.ai
Pros
  • Zero learning curve; drafts just appear in your normal inbox
  • Drafts match your tone well after a week or two
  • Sorting alone makes a noisy inbox manageable
  • Meeting notes and follow-up emails in the same tool
  • Replaces a handful of separate apps with one workspace
  • Databases are flexible enough to model almost any business process
  • Generous free plan for individuals
  • Official Claude connection makes it a shared memory for your AI tools
  • Huge template library and community
  • Actually defends focus time rather than just displaying it
  • Habits that bend around a busy week instead of breaking
  • Pulls tasks from the apps you already use
  • Reasonable price for what it saves you
Cons
  • Expensive, and monthly billing is much dearer than yearly
  • Mis-sorts important emails occasionally
  • The free plan leaves out the inbox features people want it for
  • Credit limits on meetings and chat are hard to predict
  • Full access to your inbox is a lot of trust to hand a young company
  • No imposed structure, so workspaces get messy without discipline
  • The useful AI is held back for the $20 Business plan
  • Can feel slow with large databases and on patchy connections
  • Offline support is still limited
  • Easy to spend more time organising Notion than doing the work
  • Takes a few weeks of tuning before it stops surprising you
  • Free plan is too limited to show the real value
  • No mobile app; you manage it on the web
  • Can make your calendar look chaotic to colleagues
  • Owned by Dropbox, so the roadmap is less certain
