Which plan to pickPro on the yearly plan is the only one that makes sense for an individual; the monthly price is steep. Free is really a taster for the meeting notes, not the inbox. Team is only worth it when several people handle the same clients.Solo users can stay on Free for a long time. For a team the honest answer is Business, because Plus leaves out the AI that makes Notion interesting now. Note that yearly billing is what gets you the $10 and $20 prices, and monthly billing costs more.If you are paying for Superhuman at all, pay for Business. Auto Drafts and Ask AI are the features that justify the price, and Starter without them is a fast email app at a premium rate.

Pros and cons

AttributeFyxerNotionSuperhuman
Pros

  • Drafts match your tone well after a week or two
  • Sorting alone makes a noisy inbox manageable
  • Meeting notes and follow-up emails in the same tool
  • Replaces a handful of separate apps with one workspace

Cons
  • Expensive, and monthly billing is much dearer than yearly

  • The free plan leaves out the inbox features people want it for
  • Credit limits on meetings and chat are hard to predict
  • Full access to your inbox is a lot of trust to hand a young company
  • No imposed structure, so workspaces get messy without discipline
  • The useful AI is held back for the $20 Business plan
  • Can feel slow with large databases and on patchy connections
  • Offline support is still limited
  • Easy to spend more time organising Notion than doing the work
  • Very expensive for an email client, and no free plan
  • The best AI features cost an extra $10 a month on Business
