Which plan to pickMost people should simply use Free; it covers more than the paid tiers of its rivals. Only move to Team or Business when several people need to search each other's calls or you want notes landing in HubSpot or Salesforce without lifting a finger.Pro on the yearly plan is the only one that makes sense for an individual; the monthly price is steep. Free is really a taster for the meeting notes, not the inbox. Team is only worth it when several people handle the same clients. If you are paying for Superhuman at all, pay for Business. Auto Drafts and Ask AI are the features that justify the price, and Starter without them is a fast email app at a premium rate.

Pros and cons

AttributeFathomFyxerSuperhuman
Pros

  • Summaries arrive almost instantly after the call
  • CRM sync is the real thing for sales teams
  • Official Claude connection
  • Zero learning curve; drafts just appear in your normal inbox
  • Drafts match your tone well after a week or two

Cons

  • The fuller AI summaries are capped unless you pay
  • Pricing tiers are confusing, with Premium costing more than Team

  • Mis-sorts important emails occasionally
  • The free plan leaves out the inbox features people want it for
  • Credit limits on meetings and chat are hard to predict
