Which plan to pickIf you already pay for Claude, you have it. Try it on Free first, and move to Pro once you're making more than the odd document, because decks use up a Free allowance fast. Team makes sense when colleagues need to open and comment on the same documents. If your business is on a Microsoft 365 Business plan, Copilot Business is the one to trial, and only for the people who live in Outlook, Teams and Word all day. Don't buy it for everyone on day one. Check the current per-user price on Microsoft's site, because it changes with promotions.Standard is the minimum for anyone using it for work, because the free plan makes your presentations public. Go to Plus only if you present offline or want unlimited AI. Premium and Teams are hard to justify against Pitch or Gamma unless you need Prezi's analytics specifically.

Cons
