Which plan to pickStandard covers most solo businesses. Only pay for Standard Plus if you don't already use a meeting notetaker like Fathom or Granola. Move to Teams when more than one person takes bookings.Solo users can stay on Free for a long time. For a team the honest answer is Business, because Plus leaves out the AI that makes Notion interesting now. Note that yearly billing is what gets you the $10 and $20 prices, and monthly billing costs more.Beginner is fine until you hit the five-project wall. Pro on the yearly plan is the obvious move after that. Business is for teams who want a shared space; it is not a substitute for a real project tool.
