Why Manychat is the top pick
It's the most widely used tool for turning Instagram comments into DMs, leads and sales, used by more than a million creators and brands.
- The standard tool for comment-to-DM: someone comments a keyword on your Reel or post and gets your link in their DMs within seconds.
- Also answers story replies, new followers and ad comments, collects emails and follows up leads, all from flows you drag together.
- Manychat AI replies to DMs and comments in your tone of voice, but only on Pro ($39/mo) and above.
- You pay by active contacts, the people you message each month. Essential covers 250 and Pro 2,500, then each extra contact costs a few cents.
- Free works for testing one automation, but it caps you at 25 contacts a month and adds "Powered by Manychat" to the first message.
