Paweł Huryn, who writes The Product Compass newsletter, packed proven product management methods into skills Claude follows step by step: discovery, assumption testing, prioritisation, strategy, writing specs, metrics, launches and growth. There are nine plugins in all.
Start with a command. /discover takes a new idea from brainstorm to the riskiest assumptions and ways to test them. /strategy, /write-prd (a product requirements document), /plan-launch and /north-star (the one number that shows your product is working) cover the rest. Each command suggests the next one when it finishes.
It's written for product managers, but founders testing a new offer or planning a launch get a lot out of the discovery and go-to-market plugins.
Install in Claude Code
In Claude Cowork, open Customize, then Browse plugins, Personal, +, choose Add marketplace from GitHub and enter phuryn/pm-skills.
