Coding Workflows
Lets Claude drive your real Chrome with short scripts, keeping tabs open between steps.

Lets Claude Code use your real, logged-in Chrome, set up with a single prompt.
From the team behind Browser Use, this lets Claude Code drive the Chrome you already use: open pages, click, type, read and download, logged in as you. You set it up by pasting one prompt, and Claude installs it and connects to your browser.
When it needs something it can't do yet, like uploading a file, Claude writes a small helper for it and keeps it for next time. In Browser Use's own tests it scored about the same as Playwright MCP and Chrome DevTools MCP while using roughly half the tokens.
It overlaps with Claude in Chrome. That's simpler if you're on a paid Claude plan and only use Claude. This one also works with Codex and Cursor. Either way, an agent in your logged-in browser can do anything you can, so watch what you ask it to do.
Paste this into Claude Code: Install or upgrade browser-harness to the latest stable version with uv using Python 3.12, register the skill from `browser-harness skill`, and connect it to my browser. Follow https://github.com/browser-use/browser-harness/blob/main/install.md if setup or connection fails. When Chrome opens chrome://inspect, tick the remote debugging box and click Allow.

Why it made the list
It's the easiest way to give Claude Code your own logged-in browser, and it uses fewer tokens than the usual tools.
