Which plan to pickPro on the yearly plan is the only one that makes sense for an individual; the monthly price is steep. Free is really a taster for the meeting notes, not the inbox. Team is only worth it when several people handle the same clients.Core on yearly billing covers almost everyone. Monthly billing is double the price, so only use it while you decide. Advanced is only worth it for sales teams that need Salesforce sync or lots of accent conversion; call centres should look at Krisp's separate Call Center plans.Solo users can stay on Free for a long time. For a team the honest answer is Business, because Plus leaves out the AI that makes Notion interesting now. Note that yearly billing is what gets you the $10 and $20 prices, and monthly billing costs more.

  • Sorting alone makes a noisy inbox manageable
  • Meeting notes and follow-up emails in the same tool
  • Noise removal that works in every call app with one switch
  • Bot-free recording and notes in the same app
  • Accent conversion is rare among meeting tools

Cons
  • Expensive, and monthly billing is much dearer than yearly
  • Mis-sorts important emails occasionally
  • The free plan leaves out the inbox features people want it for
  • Credit limits on meetings and chat are hard to predict
  • Full access to your inbox is a lot of trust to hand a young company
  • The free plan is gone; only a seven-day trial remains
  • Can use a lot of CPU and memory, especially on older Macs
  • Strong filtering sometimes makes voices sound choppy or robotic
  • Reviewers report surprise renewals and slow refunds
  • Notes are less detailed than a dedicated notetaker like Fathom
  • No imposed structure, so workspaces get messy without discipline
  • The useful AI is held back for the $20 Business plan
  • Can feel slow with large databases and on patchy connections
  • Offline support is still limited
