I have ADHD

Forces Claude to lead with the answer, number the steps and skip the padding.

What is it?

AI assistants love to waffle, so you read three paragraphs before you find out what to type. This skill is ten rules that make Claude lead with the next action, number multi-step tasks, cap lists at five items and end with one concrete next step.

No "great question", no recap, no "hope this helps". Errors are stated matter-of-factly and time estimates come in minutes, not "a bit". You do not need an ADHD diagnosis to want this.

Install in Claude Code

In Claude Code run /plugin marketplace add ayghri/i-have-adhd, then /plugin install i-have-adhd@i-have-adhd. Restart Claude Code and run /i-have-adhd. Or paste the one-line install prompt from the repo README into any coding agent.
